If your daily struggles involve getting responses from people, this book is a must. If your struggle involves getting responses on your social media posts, this book is a must. If your struggle involves creating effective communication without spending too much money, this book is a must. I have read both the earlier books by Jonah Berger & was wondering if this book offers fresh ideas. I was surprised by the richness of the content, simplicity of writing and effectiveness of the suggestions. After finishing the book, we implemented the suggestions at our start-up with encouraging initial results. I ran a start-up primarily relying on the effectiveness of digital media to drive sales. I enthusiastically recommend this book.

Intuitive read
It's a simple yet profound read, lays down reasons that prevent change and possible ways to work around them, I like the simplicity and breadth of the narrative but somewhere it hides the fact that one would have to practice these ideas in order to become a master catalyst.

If you've read Robert Cialdini or Malcolm Gladwell, this book might not have much more to offer. There is an interesting framework to guide your thought process. But that's all.The part about Corroborated Evidence was nice! Useful and new.

Thai book is probably my favorite sales and life book - it is an easy read and has some compelling and excellent ideas and use cases on how people think and what can be done to include decisions.Solid for a parent or for anyone in sales.
