Cool concept
I know that jaw exercises are becoming increasingly popular for strengthening the face and jaw and have watched many videos on the subject. I think this gum could really be a great way to work towards those goals since regular gum is usually recommended. I was a little surprised at how tough the gum was to chew at first and had some mild concerns about my dental work but it all worked out in the end. I followed the directions that came with gum and I did notice some soreness the next day. I think that over time this gum would definitely add some strength and bulk to yoir jaw muscles.

Wanted to love it
I like that this is seemingly the only jaw gum that doesn't use artificial sweeteners. Unfortunately, it's simply not very tough gum. Feels like chewing a normal piece of gum once you get it worn down. A bummer. I guess I'll make do with the artificially-sweetened versions..

Can See How This Would Work!
One of the things that has bothered me most about my aging process is the jowls that are continually developing on my face, so when I saw this gum I wanted to try it out. I haven’t used it consistently enough yet to see results, but I can see how it is a workout for your facial muscles and has the potential to tone the jawline. As others have mentioned, the gum is very hard but does start to soften up slightly after a few minutes. The flavor is minty and doesn’t taste bad. While the flavor does dissipate over time, it lasted about as long as I needed to chew the gum for. I liked all the clear instructions that came with the gum and the tin is nice. I do wish that it were properly sealed. If you have any sort of dental issues or a very small mouth, I would use this with caution.

HARD chewing gum for Facial Fitness - As Advertised
It is as advertised - a hard gum with a pleasant mint taste. It comes in a handy tin and is a reasonable value for a two-month supply. It arrived in date and in good condition. I'm not sure how well it will work in the long run, but it does make my gums a bit sore.

No Seal
I was excited to try this and experiment but the can arrived with no seal whatsoever. Considering this is kind of a food product, I don't feel comfortable chewing these gums.I sincerely hope that you will find this review helpful.

Seems more like it was a flopped batch of gum they remarketed as something else
This was so hard to chew that I questioned whether it could be damaging to my jaw and teeth. The mint was not strong, but stayed for the duration of time I chewed, but my jaw got to tired and sore to continue chewing more than five minutes. To me, it seemed more like they had a flopped batch of gum and rather than throw it out they tried to market it as something else - a very hard exercise gum. Also, while the tin packaging was nice, it came with no seal. I was hesitant to try it being that there was no seal, but for the sake of reviewing and curiosity (how hard could it be). The answer is very hard! I cannot imagine wanting to subject yourself to jaw exercises with this gum, but if you are looking for something like this, maybe it could be the product for you.

Just When You Thought it Was Safe to Chew Gum… ♫Dooo doo… ♫Dooo doo…
I was eager to try because I have a somewhat vested interest as a voice teacher. Biomechanically our jaws fight gravity all day, and as a result we tend to build-up a lot of tension in our jaws and necks. As a voice teacher, I spend a good bit of time giving my students exercises and stretches to help them relax their jaws and neck muscles.I do like the flavor, and it has the right balance of “mintyness.” I also like that it has xylitol which some studies have implied helps to fight cavities. This is an interesting concept that I think has merit, but there are caveats…• Just like exercises for other muscles, there needs to be a time of recovery• The user should know relaxation techniques so that there isn’t a build-up of too much tension in the jaw and neck• My unprofessional opinion is that this would not be a good product for anyone with TMJ, jaw or dental issuesMarketing-wise, I’m not really keen on using Dr. Huberman with the implication that he endorses this product. I know—he was endorsing jaw exercises—but it borders on the unethical, and even though I think this is a decent concept and product, that would be enough alone for me not to purchase.

First Chew Is Hardest!
Why yes, this works your facial muscles, alright! At first, it's so hard that you feel like you won't be able to break the shell. Ngl, it kind of hurt my teeth. Once you get through the initial chew, it's a little easier to manage…but still very tough. I mainly feel it in my temples. I'm not sure how much it's actually working my ‘jaw’ per say. Maybe it does and I just can't tell.Flavor wise, it's a mild mint. The flavor doesn't last super long. Then it just becomes like chewing on a hunk of flavorless rubber.Anyway, this probably does serve it's purpose. I just can't get past the initial chew as it's so hard (is that even good for your teeth?)…so I'm not sure that I would order again.
