After testing I can confirm the Gt600 is a bit louder than the Gt500 at full speed. I have a 16” MSI vector with intel 12980hx cpu , 4080 gpu, 64gb ram and 2 ssd m.2 These coolers fit perfectly for this laptop, I would recommend flip your laptop over so you can see vents and position to foam over as a trial fit so you know roughly where to sit laptop on the cooler.
