Used/dirty product sold as new
The product is dirty and looks like it is an ex demo or been badly stored 👎Not what I expected paying over £300 for a NEW rower. Avoid

Received a return which was dirty and did not work
The item was dirty and the internal mechanism was twisted so did not work when assembled. I'm reasonably handy, so opened up the casing and untwisted the ropes and pulleys. The product now works. I decided to do that rather than spend thankless time dismantling and returning. I expect the product will be ok in the end, but if you get a return, check it out don't just send out. Really disappointed
