good quality steal but not sharp
I like the knife but it would have been nice if it came in a case not covered in oil and sharp. tried to cut a lime as soon as I got it and had to put enough pressure on it to cut but it ended up squeezing out the juice too. maybe it will hold an edge when I put one on it but as of now it pretty dull.
