Received order before due date. Shout out to FedEx deliver man who slid the huge and quite heavy base box all the way in to the bedroom. Although heavy, this base is quite manageable with two people. Lay the base top side down, open it up and remove all the inserts needed to assemble. Assembly is real easy. I screwed the legs in, which are shipped in a separate box. Then I pulled out the power cord and attached it to the cable prominently displayed under the bed. Then I inserted the INCLUDED batteries for the remote. Assembled, that’s it. We gently turned the bed over and wrestled the queen mattress on it. It is a beautiful mattress and very comfortable. Not too firm and not to soft. My husband and I suffer from back problems. I set the bed for zero gravity and turn on the head and foot massage and drift off to sleep. Handy timer for the massage. This is well worth the money. Would highly recommend the Ghost bed and adjustable base. Very well made.

We are senior citizens. This was a huge purchase for us. I followed the recommendations for mattress at the ghost bed site & ordered what they recommended. We got the 14" mattresses. The boxes were delivered, and he put them into our garage until the kids could come for assembly. I thought the boxes were heavy. My boys had no problems in assembling the Cal King bases which fit perfectly in our existing frame. (we did pre-measure) I am usually awake at least 3 times during the night to get comfortable. First night we both slept like babies and woke up so refreshed! Getting used to the controls was easy! We like the feature of the night lights under the bed too.

Bed frame is very functional but heavy

This is the most comfortable bed.I have ever slept in. The mattress is perfect, not too soft. Not too firm. I love being able to elevate myafter working all day. The massage feature is worth its weight and gold. My only regret is that I did not purchase this bed sooner.

Pros: versatility, quiet, comfortable. Cons: Ripped fabric in the middle, missing bolts. Thoughts: I actually really like this purchase as it is my first time in an adjustable bed frame with added massage function. Unfortunately, I noticed that there was a tear in the fabric portion of the bed frame and some bolts were missing. Since my husband is handy, he was able to connect the missing bolts himself with some tools he had at home. This item is extremely heavy, so returning it to replace a small tear probably isn’t worth the headache. I think that the tear might have resulted from shipping, but I am not 100% sure. I bought 2 of these and the other one is perfect. Overall, I think it’s a great purchase, it’s just too bad it was damaged.

The frame was very quick and easy to put together. It only took about 15 minutes. The price seemed better than most other prices of adjustable frames I had looked at. It seemed to have more features than most other frames. It adjusts very easily . The massage feature works very well. We bought this for my wife who has ALS and can’t move as well now. It is helping her be more independent. We just used our own mattress with the frame and that works very well. This was the cheapest price we could find for it. It was quite a bit cheaper than buying it directly from the makers website. I would very much recommend this frame.

This is great.....I've been married for almost 40 years but now each of us with independent bed is out ofthis world. She can do massage and watch TV and have her bed in any position ahe wants and there are no discussions... Its a very good quality frame and mattress....the remote is iluminated. If you dont feel like being separate initially it comes wiyth a cable that syncs them and it converts into a King bed easily.

This bad is not the quality that they say on the ad. My wife has had lower back surgery. We were told this would be the bed for her and it’s not it’s too firm tells us to wait 30 days and try it that’s past the window of return for Amazon so now they’re telling me I’m stuck with it.
