Every morning at 7am I drink my room temperature GFC and don't have to eat until noon. The coffee has grass-fed butter and MCT Oil and curbs my appetite. The GFC taste is great (who doesn't like butter or coffee?) and it's easy to carry because it doesn't need to be chilled. The cost is reasonable since it replaces a meal and a cup of joe! Third the packaging so far has held up great in my gym bag or checked luggage. The last one is key since I travel a lot, and I’ve had unfortunate accidents with both the ready made mixes that don’t handle heat well(mostly their containers), and butter and mct by its self that doesn’t seem to handle baggage handling very well.
