I recently had the opportunity to try the Moment Cacao adaptogen day drink, and I have to say, it's absolutely delicious! The taste is so rich and indulgent that I couldn't even detect the fake sweetener they use. It gave me strong hints of both Christmas and Mexican hot chocolate, which added a delightful twist to my day.I experimented with enjoying this drink both hot and cold, and found that it paired exceptionally well with oat milk. Whether I sipped it as a warm, comforting beverage or chilled it for a refreshing treat, the flavors remained enjoyable.However, as a self-proclaimed "day blend," I must express my disagreement after closely examining the ingredients. The majority of them seem oriented towards promoting rest and relaxation, rather than providing a focus or awake feeling. This aspect should definitely be addressed by the brand, as it may be misleading for customers seeking a daytime boost.That being said, the Moment Cacao adaptogen day drink turned out to be a wonderful choice for nighttime use. When consumed in the evening, it delivered astonishingly restful sleep and left me feeling extra rejuvenated in the mornings. It truly felt like my body was able to fully unwind and recharge during the night.In conclusion, I consider the Moment Cacao adaptogen day drink to be a great product overall. However, I believe it should be marketed as a nighttime beverage, given its fantastic effects on sleep and relaxation. Other than this misalignment in marketing, I truly enjoyed this drink and would highly recommend it for anyone seeking a blissful night's rest.

I honestly thought this was going to taste like some sort of protein powder, or “healthy drink” powder and was planning on drinking it nightly, but not really enjoying it. Boy was a wrong! I am almost done with my first cup of the night and am already wondering if I can have a second packet! Seriously do not want it to end. So chocolatey and I would say I keep tasting a warm spice, almost cinnamon-y. I made mine with just water, no milk, and did not add any sweetener. I will try it with milk as well, but I appreciate the taste and would not compromise it with sugar or honey. As far as sleep and relaxation- it is extremely comforting while drinking and has allowed me to fall asleep much more calmly than usual. Great product!

It's tasty and it helps me fall asleep quickly, but then I'm up a few hours later. I'm disappointed and stopped taking it.

The flavor is not like a traditional cocoa - it’s earthy and not as sweet, but that’s fine with me because I don’t like super sweet drinks. I also love that it’s sugar free, especially since you’re supposed to drink it before bed. The most important thing is the relaxation effect is real and I had a great night’s sleep last night! Really happy with this product.

Great mixture. Definitely helps with getting calm and sleepy for bed. No morning "hangover" . Has replaced my melatonin. It is SO yummy!

It doesn't taste great but you actually get use to it and it's okay. I bought this twice. First time worked great. Second time useless. I don't know if changed formula or what. I was very disappointed. I don't plan on buying again.

I’ve been using this product for almost two weeks now and I would say I definitely noticed a difference in my sleep schedule for the better. But, I would say it has a very strong floral taste that I was not expecting. If intense taste does not bother you like me I would say this product is good for you if you want to better your sleep!

This product is happy to advertise it's various sleepy additives, but outside of disclosing that it contains them, it offers no information on the amount of what's actually in a serving. Not on the package, not on the amazon page, not even on their website. When I created an FAQ question about this, the seller asked me to email them for more information, which I frankly think is sketchy. Worst case is this product contains a trivial, bare-minimum amount of the ingredients it's advertising. Best case is they're just protective about the blend, but even then, I find their choice to obscure the info from the customer distasteful.There are competing brands of sleepy cocoa that are happy to advertise the amount of their ingredients, so what does that say about this one?That said, this product seems OK, hence the consolation star. I enjoy the taste, although if you use water instead of milk the stevia aftertaste is unpleasant. I also find myself nicely soothed and relaxed on the evenings I have this, so that's nice, but given that hot cocoa is always soothing I don't know how much credit to really give here.I wouldn't be shocked if the amounts of the supplemental ingredients were reasonable and competitive with others, but I can't really recommend it with this company being so cagey.
