This product was a let down I had purchased a second strap as I thought perhaps I had been heavy handed with it and not given the app a decent chance however the second strap snapped on my wife and she is a very careful and petite person so I can safely say it wasn’t due to my physique or being heavy handed. The plastic that holds the two metal sensors in has cracked and broken on both of the straps after only a couple of uses. The sensor on one of the straps has fallen off completely this happened half way through a recording and wasn’t noticed until my wife shouted loudly ouch and was rubbing her chest as though something stung her I was expecting a wasp or a spider but it was actually a burn/scold mark in the place where the sensor had been, when we looked at the strap the sensor was missing and the electronics inside had connected with my partners skin. The price of the strap isn’t exactly top whack but for the best part of £100 I expected better to be honest. The APP needs an overhaul the system crashes all the time and won’t work at all on any of our house hold phones that are older than an iPhone 13. We have it installed on a Samsung s24 ultra and an iPhone 15 pro max and both operating systems are struggling to prevent the app from crashing or freezing mid report. The wave form pattern seems to be left to the imagination I can hold the strap in the air not connected to anything and it will report the same wave formation as being worn and forming a connection. The only thing that seems to be accurate is the heart rate as I’ve been able to verify this. I noticed the connection between app and strap worked well for the first maybe 2/3 days and then it lost connectivity it lost accuracy and now It states that every recording is an irregular heart rate and is constantly reporting that there is a life threatening arythmia detected on almost every recording which if you are or have anyone who is using the strap who may be anxious or susceptible to the recordings it is really dangerous for them to use this strap. Luckily I am not easy to persuade myself of a retail consumer item that tells me I could potentially die any minute but I can see how someone else could develop serious mental distress with these recordings.

Useless as couldn't connect via Bluetooth. Really difficult to return to seller. Took nearly a month for seller to collect from carrier then disputed proof of delivery. Expensive junk.
