I choose this artichoke extract for my husband to help with his digestion, as an anti-inflammatory and anti-cholesterol. This should cover most of his needs all in one!I am quite careful about buying supplements online because I want to really trust the supplier. In this case I am very happy because we have been buying supplements from Nature’s Best for over 20 years. They are made in the UK (Tunbridge Wells).The tablets are a nice green colour, not too big, ovoid shaped to make them easy to swallow, and with a smooth coating to make them slip down easily. I just swallowed one easily without even a drink to help. With 180 tablets in the pot, this will last for 3 to 6 monthsAt this stage, we have only just received the product and I will update the review if there are any obvious effects.

Far too early to judge the benefits of these. You can take 1-2 per day, I prefer 1 a day supplements. Also you have to take these with food. The supplier, I know, provides a good quality product as have used them in the past. The product looks good quality and Artichoke is reknowned to aid digestion issues.The tablet itself could be a bit large for some, I struggle with big tablets though and had no problem as these are smooth (it’s chalky tabs that cause problems).All in all, worth trying, good value as at 2 per day 3 months supply and more if you only take the 1.

The bottle is a large size but that is due to 180 tablets inside. The label states the nutritional information as well as ingredients and directions for use. They are made by Nature's Best, a well known company. The bottle is in a sealed cap followed by a sealed foil inside, so no contamination.The tablets are a lovely green colour, and kind of oval in shape, average size.

Artichoke is one of those supplements that few talk about, but it can have an amazing effect on the body. If you do not know what it does, do some research. I take it every day at night. You can feel the difference it makes very quickly, especially if you are over 45. This is an amazing extract. It works very quickly and it is extremely effective. Recommended.
