Not really for every body
I can see why the author would like a catchy title but in my opinion I don’t feel that this book is for every body. I feel that it excludes much of the population namely those of physical or neuro differences and so buying this book will only serve to make you feel more excluded unfortunately.I didn’t have any of the experiences listed when weaning my son and so from the very first pages I just had a painful recount of a very traumatic time for me. From this I would guess that the author has two typically developing children and assumes everyone does.If you are a person of means and can afford fresh produce and vivo barefoot shoes then you can follow the guidelines in this book. But if you are a minority struggling in any way with the cost of living then I don’t think there is anything you can’t obtain from the Zoe podcast or social media.I’m also suprised that the author recommends alcohol when I haven’t read anything that suggests that alcohol is good for us. It seems a nice way to shoehorn in a practice that fits her lifestyle and so can be passed as ok as it encourages social connection. The author says that she has few regrets if any, and it definitely comes across in the writing. I would say this is a very entry level guide to healthy living if you are a young adult reading your first book on the subject. I would recommend any of Tim Spectors books if you are looking to buy one.

A brilliant, novel book that brings value for everyone
Not another diet book - but rather a book on how good nutrition can support changes that we all experience as we age.To maintain our health we need to re-embrace the positive power of food. I am a medical professional and I wish more of this was known by more people both in the profession and the public.
