Perfect herbal soothant, plenty of them, definitely worth the price. They help me with sleep, they are a perfect size for one to work well. They are easy to take, taste good and give a quick relief from stress.

My son suffers from Autism and anxiety. These gummies helped him calm down in general but really helped with his GCSE exams. I would highly recommend these to anyone who suffers.

Nice tasting pastels and I find them comforting. Only problem is that the tin lid doesn't stay on very well, so could be a problem if you want to carry them in a bag.

My teenage child likes them and says they do help a little. Nice to have good tasting sweets rather than the yuk tasting drops lol :)

These are not quite as effective as the drops for me. However they are really convenient for taking out with you. Always good quality

I decided to try these Rescue Remedy Pastilles after hearing good things about their natural calming effects. The idea of something sugar-free, alcohol-free, and made with flower essences was appealing, especially for moments of stress during travel or work. Here’s my honest take: Pros: - Convenient & travel-friendly – The tin is compact and easy to keep in a bag or pocket. - Alright taste – The flavor is very subtle. - Natural ingredients – I like that it uses flower essences and doesn’t contain sugar or alcohol. Neutral/Cons: - Effect is very mild – I didn’t notice a dramatic calming effect, but it did help me pause and take a breath, which might have contributed to a slight sense of relaxation. - More of a placebo effect? – It’s hard to say how much of the calming comes from the product itself versus the act of stopping and focusing on something.

I find these pastilles help to soothe when feeling a bit shaky. They have a pleasant flavour.

I’m unsure if these work or if they are just a placebo. The tin isn’t overly full so they work out quite expensive, unless you land on an offer. The tin pops on and off, you push the middle of the lid to pop it open and then to replace it, put it back on and squeeze the sides, this makes it secure

These pastilles have been a great help in managing my anxiety, especially during flights or stressful workdays. They aren't overly sweet, which is perfect for me.
