Here is my recipe: + 3/4 TABLESPOON TO 1 TABLESPOON Gulden's mustard + 1 1/2 to 2 TABLESPOONS Tahini sauce + 2 to 3 TABLESPOONS Onion Dressing (ready made) such as a vinegrette one (creamy but less calories than regular creamy type). + 2 TABLESPOONS SOY SAUCE + 1 TABLESPOON OLIVE OIL or TOASTED SESAME OIL (has more flavor). Place all ingredients in a small to medium bowl and whisk briskly with a fork or a wire whisk until blended and this thickens. When I use this as an instant sauce, I pour it over one cup of cooked noodles and blend well. This is so much healthier and lower calorie than a heavy gravy with flour.
