What is the difference between this salmon oil and the omega factors salmon oil? both which are made by natural factors

EPA and DHA appear to be low, at 200 combined. I was taught we needed 1,000 mg per day combined. What makes this a good product, then?

Most health organizations agree that 250–500 mg of combined EPA and DHA is enough for adults to maintain their overall health.

Are the capsules made in the USA?

The label states,"US SALMON OIL, ENCAPSULATED IN CANADA, MANUFACTURED BY NATURAL FACTORS CANADA, Distributed by Natural Factors .......... Monroe, WA". There seems to be no mention of where the 'capsules' themselves are manufactured.
