I received the container with full of scratches. Quality also not good

I wanted to get some containers so I can meal prep during the week. These were recommended on a meal prep insta site so I ordered them. They are a nice sturdy glass with a tight lid. They are well packaged. I haven’t used them yet but they seem to be a good size for meal prep.

I got these cause I was getting tired of Lean Cuisine changing their recipes, skimping on portions, and raising their prices, so I entered the world of meal planning. I feel a lot better about microwaving glass instead of plastic, so I decided to get this set of glass containers, and I am super-happy with them.They're a good size, so even though I'm not filling them up that much, there's plenty of room if I do ever need to. And they're easy to clean (the lids have a removable gasket, which is very nice to have). I have *not* microwaved the lid cause I think the directions say not to, so the lids haven't warped or discolored or anything yet. I also hand wash them, so I can't really say how they do in the dishwasher. The glass part is most likely fine in the dishwasher. I'd say the lids shouldn't go on the bottom rack at least, if you're wanting to break the rules.All in all, I'm happy with my purchase, and I'm tempted to buy more to use them for leftovers as well. I think the only thing keeping me from it is that they don't nest super-well. They kind of do, which is honestly better than I was expecting (I'd say it saves you about an inch if you nest them as opposed to stacking them with the lids on). But our cabinet space is very limited, so if I'm gonna use these for food storage, I'd like them to nest a little better than that. But maybe I'll change my mind at some point. I feel like finding glass food storage that nests well is going to be an impossible task just due to the nature of glass containers. So this is not a knock against my purchase by any means. I'm still plenty satisfied.

I bought two sets to meal prep for my partner and I. Some weeks prep and then put into the air tight containers and then others put raw ingredients in and cook direct in the oven. Lids are not overnight proof, as plastic. Easy to clean afterwards. Way better than the Al plastics containers. Bung a chicken breast, two tablespoons of tinned tomatoes and black olives. Cooke for an hour. Add cook rice and you are sorted for the week.

After using stained, scratched, and cracked plastic containers for so long, our meal prep situation was in a desperate need of an upgrade. My partner and I had wanted glass containers for so long, and after weeks of sifting through products and reviews on Amazon, we finally pulled the trigger on 4 boxes (20 containers) of these Zulay glass containers.As highlighted in another review, this product had little feedback and almost no customer photos compared to other brands, but I was confident to take the plunge and am very happy thus far with the product. The containers arrived faster than expected, packaged well so as to avoid being damaged in transit, and in pristine condition with no defects.The containers are a great size for the purpose of storing our daily prepped meals. I cannot confirm whether the containers are leakproof as we do not intend to store liquid in them, but the lids, lined with silicone rings, seem to fit onto the glass edges snugly and securely. The glass is thick and great quality. There is nothing we can fault in these containers.

I purchased for my son away at college to meal prep and for leftovers. He brought some home on break and I was very impressed with the quality of these containers.They are by far the Best!The snap close and seal lids work every time unlike others I’ve used.The careful packaging and protection wrap on each glass container shows they care.I will be buying more for myself!And the company story, “Our Story” was very meaningful.
