Should have given zero star, instead of helping in pain relief this product increases the pain. It is hard and not comfortable at all. They just copied the ongoing pillow market without doing research on the comfort. After using it I have constant pain on my cervical and having headache.

They're not good enough when it comes to softness and mainly the comfort and reducing the pain
The neck support is not that stable and cooling effect is just for the marketing and it's a gimmick believe me it just have some holes for the air like any other memory foam pillow in it's category, it's not worth it if we're paying for such a brand like this one, it'll feel more harder as compared to the other pillows, I'm going to try SleepyCat ones since I'm returning these now.
