Great for super thin lines I use them for facial features on my characters just remember to dump the excess paint before it spills out on you

Thin, nearly airbrush lines.
These are great, but be prepared to dump paint after every third or 4th can depress.

It's like a pencil line on the wall
This is what we used to call a "Frisco" cap (I guess they were originally used by San Francisco graffiti artists.) Its a specialty cap used for very limited purposes. Mainly, its a micro skinny cap. The cap fits onto the can and you spray through that little hole you see. It's like a pencil line on the wall. I use them only when I'm rockin massive characters and wanna get into tight spots without making a mess. Or, you could use them for pencil line effects, like "runaway lightning." They are notoriously messy as only a fraction of the paint goes through that hole. The rest pools up inside and you have to spill it out. It's fun. It's the fastest way to ruin clothing. Bottom line... you don't need one to piece traditionally, but if you're doing heavy duty characters/illustration... you may want one in your crate.
