100 LED Solar Powered PIR Motion Sensor Security Flood Light Outdoor Garden Wall [Energy Class A+++]

Arrived promptly and was easy to install. Used to light up the path between our house and next door where we have 3 small steps. The long cable allows us to fit the solar panel on the back of the house where it can get lots of light, and the PIR is sensitive enough to pick us up approaching from either end of the path. The brightness is adequate, even in winter. Bought to replace previous light which had failed after quite a few years. Hoping this one will last just as long.

Installed just before the major storm and high winds the robust qualities of the light and solar panel were tested and found excellent. It is not used as a constant light but the solar panel gives enough charge for a good, bright light illuminating the lengthy path down the full side of my house whenever it is needed. I am pleased with my purchase.

Very pleased (so far) with the floodlight. It is much brighter than I imagined and works very well. I am not sure how it will cope with the elements so I have made a plastic enclosure which fits around the light. Hopefully this will give it some protection. Time will tell. I will see how this one goes and if it is still working in a month or two I will purchase a couple more.

Lasted less than 6 months. Don’t waste your money.

Installation was easy following instructions but did not work, will not light up, will be returning to Amazon.

The replacement worked fine for more than 2 years, but now it just comes on at dusk and stays on until it runs out. If you unplug it from the solar panel, it switches on, so I know both the solar panel and the batteries work. It is the control unit that is faulty. 2 and a half years of use? I suppose that isn't too bad really, so it only gets 3 stars, but it is a good bright light. As someone else commented, the little screws to fix it to the bracket are a complete pain as there is no room for your fingers, and finding them again when you drop them from the top of a ladder is matter of luck. A retaining washer is all they need - simple design problem.

This is my second one. The first has been fitted at the back of my house and has performed brilliantly, the only reason I have bought this one is that during some work being done the previous one was smashed off the wall by accident.After many apologies, they told me to buy a new one and they would pay for it, he couldn't believe how good the price was.An excellent product well worth investing in one.

Great light for those area where inaccesable for cables. This is the 2nd one purchased(last one 3 yrs old), bought to replace the old one (batteries died).Easilly installed in minutes, and virtually free fom maintanance required, the odd cleaning of the solar panel. But very handy in that, it has an ON/OFF switch when your pottering around and such a low price too. Recommended
