Do not expect them to keep your stomatch 100% but it will reduce the size, they are good quality and I have already washed them without any problem. It is harder to take off than putting them on.

Terrible... Do not buy. Doesn't do anything. Very loose and stretchy, might as well be a normal vest, uncomfortable to wear also. Avoid.
