I was able to cook Ribeye steaks and chicken wings within an hour or so. This is a must have for anyone that has some form of a kettle grill. Mine was used in a Weber 22" and I got the medium Vortex. My first try with this product was fantastic, everyone loved the steak and chicken wings. I am so glad I purchased this, my only regret is not purchasing it a while back. Do yourself a favor and get this, you and the people you will be cooking with will love the return on investment..
