The size large buoyancy shorts by Zone3 are made in PRC (china). The shorts are made from a 90% neoprene and 10% nylon material. The size large fit me tighter than a similar large Xterra short. The shorts are comfortable and stretch well. I do like the drawstring, as it fits in the right spot and I needed it because the waistband is a bit stretchy and moves around unless properly tight on me. I did not locate any flaws with the shorts out of the bag and after the first handwash. The backside material is a bit thinner than the front material, so it's best not to sit on anything other than a towel with these shorts. So far so good on these shorts with me.4 stars
