Really good support, my feet are thankful
This is truly a heavy duty arch support insole, others I've tried in the past have been flimsy. In this case though it is rock solid where it needs to be which is a welcome surprise. As the item does come larger than expected, you will probably need to cut from the front which is quiet normal and wasn't a challenge at all.I've worn the arch support all day while I was working in a standing job, and to be honest I came home at the end with such relief.

It is quite versatile.
The heavy duty insoles are revolutionary orthotic inserts designed to help individuals with foot ailment like overpronation, flat feet, and plantar fasciitis walk taller and feel better. These insoles are durable and supportive, they also provide 1.4 inches of sturdy arch support, reducing strain on the foot and easing plantar fasciitis discomfort. They are versatile, suitable for trainers, work boots, and casual shoes, and can be easily trimmed to fit.

Comfortable and well made, but expensive.
I've become a bit of a convert to these kind of arch support insoles, and these particular ones are decently made. They come packed in a zip-loc bag and are ready to go if you've ordered the right size. Thankfully, the sizing seems accurate. I usually take a size 8 shoe, and so I ordered the M (UK 8-9), which fitted my boots fine with no trimming needed. They're quite well made, with a main sole of durable, breathable foam and a heel and arch support made from a semi-rigid plastic. There's also some extra cushion padding in the heel. The upper surface material has a pleasing design on it.As a result of having severe ingrowing toenails as a child, I tend to walk on the outside of my feet, particularly on my right foot. These insoles really help to correct that as they stop my heel from rolling. They're very supportive around the heel and arch and add a nice spring to your step. I've tried using them on some long walks, and it made walking far more pleasant and less fatiguing. That's admittedly not unique to these particular insoles, just this style of arch support insole in general. My only criticism with these insoles is their cost. At the current price of £19.99, they're very expensive given the materials used. I have some others which cost almost half the price and they're equally as effective. As a result, I feel I can't give these a completely glowing review. They're well made, and comfortable, but there are cheaper options out there.

Just what my physio recommended!
My physiotherapist recommended that I get orthotic insoles and these ones fitted her recommendation for a firm (not soft foam) arch support. They are very comfortable to user and I can feel the support.I take a size 8UK (42EU) and these fit my trainers without the need to be trimmed. I simply took out my trainer insoles and popped these ones in.

One of the best
So far I’ve tried quite a few of these insoles and I’ve had very mixed results. These are my current favourite. They are true to size and were easy to get into my shoe. It did fold over the first time but I was more careful and they went in easily. Once in there is no noise from them. I know, an odd thing I’ve found with some others. They are very comfy and okay to wear all day. The arch support feel bigger than others and is very firm. It hasn’t crushed down or anything I can really feel it at first. Then, after a short while, I forget it’s there. Not only do I feel these have been the best I’ve used, they are priced pretty much the same as others. And are better than fee pricey ones as well. I’m really happy with these.

Great cushioning
Straightforward to fit them because they did not need to be trimmed. As with other insoles I have used from this brand, these too feel very comfortable to wear and they work as intended. Providing a great amount of support and cushioning. Especially for the heels with the extra central padded parts.I expect this pair to last a long time because other insoles from this brand have held up well over the months I have used them. The cost of these may seem a bit on the high side but the health and comfort benefits they provide is worth the investment.A slight shame this larger size is a little smaller in its stated dimensions than other insoles from this brand. Raising the arch seems to shorten the length of my feet enough to not cause any discomfort or irritation.

Comfortable and supporting.
Items arrived in a plastic bag in good clean condition.I ordered these items for arch support. The insoles are made from four basic materials a soft foam which makes up the majority of the insole (and heel cushion), a rigid hard plastic support section, a grip section at the front and a synthetic fabric covering. The item feels like it would be easy to clean.I found these fitted in my soft walking boots without any trimming but my boots have stretched a little from their original size 12UK. It's worth pointing out that the supplier says in the listing that they will accept returns even on trimmed items, this is very fair, you will only really know if they are right for you by fitting them in the shoes, so this policy is welcome.I found the insoles very comfortable, I suspected they would slip but that soft "grip" pad at the front really did help. I like the bend point of the insole where the soft material meets the hard support and I particularly liked the area of padded material cushioning under the heel. They were a good fit in my boots and after two miles were still solidly in place.Competitively priced and I really do like that returns policy, although I won't be needing it myself.
