This is a substantial kit with pretty much everything you might need to provide first aid. I’ll not list what’s in it, as the seller’s listing is detailed and accurate. There is a sticker in the back of the box proving a helpful list of the contents.On receiving this in January 24, everything I checked had a use-by date of at least 2026 and the majority are dated 2028. The expiry date on the box is May 2026 which presumably is the earliest use-by date of some of the contents. I tested the plasters and they seem to me to be a cross between a fabric and a waterproof plaster - not a type I’ve come across before but they adhere well, have a good bit of stretch and can be easily removed and repositioned if needed with no gooey glue residue.The case has two layers and it took me a minute to work out that the best way to access the lower level is to close the box lid over the top layer to stop things falling out - it sounds obvious but as all the dressings etc have their own cubby-hole, I thought they’d stay in place when I flipped it over, but a few did drop out. Once you’ve closed the box lid over the first layer, you can easily flip it to access the underneath where all the plasters are kept.It seems an astonishingly good value and well put together kit for the money and so much easier than having to source all the components individually. I had hoped it would be good for taking away in our campervan but as space is at a premium, it is probably a little too big for that but I am already eyeing up the smaller kit in the same listing for that.Highly recommend.

This is by far the most comprehensive first aid kit we've owner, we ordered the 420 piece kit as our existing first aid kit was very dated and had a lot of missing pieces. This kit arrived and it's literally crammed full of anything you could need for at home/office/workplace first aid, plus lots more, and the expiry date is nearly 2.5 years away. The box is sturdy and clips securely closed with two catches. There are two layers of items, each with slots to keep everything in place so the individual items are easy to locate.Overall I'm more than happy to highly recommend it, whether if its for home use or business use I don't think you would be dissapointed.
