In my efforts to make frozen pizza taste better than cardboard, I usually add some spices before cooking. I ran out and found this one on Amazon. Hesitant to stray too far from my known sources, I saw that it was McCormick (a well-known brand) and gave it a try. I have been very pleased. The spice is pretty intense overall and suitable to add to fresh sauce and sprinkle on frozen or deli pizza before cooking to give it a much better flavor. A blend of spices gives you an intense but not overpowering aroma and flavor. You really don't need to add much to improve the pizza greatly. As an added bonus, you get not one but TWO jars of this magic powder to enjoy. Add it with a little Gouda for an even better experience.

Good flavorful blend for pizza, pasta, or whatever.

OMG! This was a hit! I bought this for part of a birthday present for a person who is Greek. They are in love with this seasoning mix. He even added it to a Olive Tapenade Hummus and that was the best hummus ever. This seasoning mix is good on meats, chicken, and even salads.

Not bad but not as much flavor as you would need. Took well over 24 hours to marinate chicken halves.

I'm always looking for good Italian spice combinations - this one has garlic, oregano, red pepper flakes, onion, & sea salt. When it arrived today we opened it; the smell was so amazing that we immediately ordered up the best combination pizza in town just to sprinkle 'Get a Pizza This' spice on top. McCormick came up with a winner, it screams pizza! I was lucky enough to find it on Prime Daze, and was pleasantly surprised that it was much larger than one of the little spice jars in the store. No downsides to this product; the only things that would make it better is if it were RO (regenerative/organic). The aroma is Outstanding and the balance of spices is very nice. Some might want more/less of one ingredient or another, but overall this spice blend is sure to please the vast majority. This spice won't go stale because it won't last that long at our house! This is a very good seasoning mix! The smell alone is yummy, but the taste is just right for Mediterranean without being overwhelming. I like to sprinkle it on salad and baked chicken.
