Go half size bigger, they are really narrow. I wore them for a few hours and was ready to get them off. I'll use them for quick trips to the store and other outings but not ideal for long days...nice quality and soft just to narrow. Maybe buy a 1/2 size up.Package arrived timely.Material is thin and plastic-like- not cushiony at all, but comfortable enough for casual wear.
