I bought the Munbyn Thermal Printer because the toner in my laser printer was expensive and unreliable. I use it to print shipping labels from eBay and from Poshmark.The Munbyn printer worked right out of the box. I was able to print from my MacBook no problem. I had some issues printing from my iPhone and iPad, but there was a recently released firmware upgrade around the time I ordered it. I received an email from Munbyn tech support letting me know to install it.At first my labels were printing off center. This was my fault as I didn't squeeze the label guides together to hold the labels in the right alignment. Tech support was quick to help with this solution as well.My mailing labels are now the perfect size with less paper waste, and the printout of the Munbyn is perfect. And it prints great from all my Apple devices. I have not used it for anything besides mailing labels. I have only used Munbyn branded labels so far.

Before I received the package I received a message from MUNBYN advising me to update the firmware when I received it so that it would work with our Apple devices. The instructions were very detailed with pictures for every step. Just a tip if you go this route, make sure printer is connected to wifi first. We have a small business and I'm not only the janitor, manager, owner, shipping facilitator but also our IT department. LOL I failed to verify it was connected to internet properly at first. Once I died connect it properly MUNBYN instructions were easy to follow. I've tried cheaper printers only to regret it. This one prints legibly and the app offers all kinds of additional label templates.

This is by far the best thermal label printer that i have purchased. since this is for my business, i wanted to invest in a great quality printer and at first i purchased top brands spending a fortune thinking it is the best. that wasn't the case. when other "top brands" were connected to wifi they were lagging and when i contacted their customer service they said because its over wifi... but isn't that the whole point why we spend extra money on it? it should work faster... another issue was other "top brands" were only compatible with their own brand of shipping labels. etc, i have tried more that 6 brands not kidding., then one day i was having issues with my new "top brand" printer it wasnt printing right wasnt compatible with any other brand labels but their own.. i decided to try and again to research and look for a new printer. i came across one clip on youtube that said munbyn is the leading competitor of a top brand thermal label printer etc. and how its very efficient and the customer service is unreal. i decided to order it and give it a try. wow! the wifi connected right away, i was able to print with no lagging.- that on its own was amazing, because the top brands were lagging and took around 30 seconds before it printed, that takes time from a busy business that needs to move fast. i did have an issue connecting through usb, reason being i needed that to work, i can choose the page size and custom size the page if its not already there for example if i want to print a 2" circle. i contacted the customer service line and when they say 24hr help, they mean it! the tech, walked me through the steps it did take a couple of days because i was having issues connecting, but they didnt give up they kept on going from one trouble shoot after the next, and me sending them video clips of whats going on, and they were able to solve the problem. i can see this machine will stay for a long time. everything about it is great, and is compatible with all labels as far as what i have on hand. its a great buy. overall - happy with my purchase.

First of all, it’s a little misleading. This will ONLY work if you have a laptop. You can not do it off your phone or iPad. I am a tech savvy Gen Z and I spent 6hrs trying to get this thing to work. The directions were confusing and the printer was cutting it off in places. Once I finally waved the white flag and contacted tech support, it was unorthodox at best. First it advertised FALSE 24hr customer service. Second, you have to download WhatsApp to contact them. Third, he wanted me to FaceTime him which took me aback to say the least. I will say he helped me hone in the printer, but quality is not here. I made sure my logo was of crisp quality and when I asked him if I should change the pixel size his response was “well, to be honesty it’s only 200 dpi so it doesn’t matter”. My logo is normally white but I had to invert to black for the writing to show properly. If you are looking to sell stickers or print your logo out this is NOT where you wanna be going. Any business would be ashamed to put stickers out with quality this poor. It should only be used for labeling bins and printing USPS slips. It’s a good idea in theory but very poor execution. I will also add they say somewhere “use our high quality labels because low quality labels will jam” well their circle labels were of the lowest quality I have EVER felt. The customer service guy said he’d send me a coupon for the wireless Bluetooth printer but he never did. I’d just stay away from this company in general, save yourself the hassle.
