These crowns are a fun idea. We used glue sticks to attach the gem pieces. The pre-cut crafts are great as you get perfect shapes! We also used some gemstone stickers and crayons and got really creative with it. Overall this is a fun idea for home, parties or a classroom!

I used this as a craft for my daughter's preschool co-op class. One thing to note, which wasn't immediately clear but we figured out, is that they will only fit the head if you staple/glue/tape two of the crowns together end to end. I think that was the intention, given the number of crowns it says it makes, but we started off assuming it was meant to be one crown punch out per kid and quickly realized that would be way too small. The paper is sturdy and the kids enjoyed it. The punch out symbols included were sort of enjoyed, but not as exciting for the kids as something that would look more jewel like. Overall it was a good craft and would be even more fun with the addition of some craft jewels.

These were lots of fun to make. We used tape on the under side of both of the crown pieces, measured the head and taped the other side - after the were decorated while flat of course which is the easiest way to do it! Glue sticks worked for the gems just fine. They are good quality, easy to punch out without ripping.
