I purchased this version labeled, New, in June 2025, 2 packs, and they are one of the biggest disappointments in a product change I can remember in many years. Out of the package, the line of floss is straight and tight, but once used on a single quadrant of your teeth, it looks like the letter U. Sometimes, before you can finish flossing, one side either pulls out or the floss breaks. I’m not certain if it’s a bad design change, inferior materials, a counterfeit product, or what, but if the manufacturer wants to be known for the quality of the original product, something needs to change.
