1000 Jumps a day challenge
Awesome jump rope. Definitely a must have for regular jumpers. I use it 5 times a week, sometimes twice a day. Very durable. Bought for a friend and would buy again.

A good weighted handle jump rope to give you an intense aerobic workout.
Even though I am a senior with several medical and health issues; nevertheless, I have been into numerous martial arts (Judo, Jujitsu, Karate-Do, Boxing, Wrestling and Combatives) and various fitness systems (HIIT, Circuit training, Tactical Aerobics, SEAL/Military fitness routines and various others) for almost 7 decades. I recently purchased this particular piece of exercise equipment (TKO extreme weighted handle jump rope training-1/2 pound-heavy duty-adjustable-resistance training-endurance training) on Amazon for a bargain price.I was impressed with the quick service. I found this weighted jump rope to be rugged and sturdy. The weighted handle with rotating ends made this an excellent multi-use piece of fitness equipment. Besides jumping rope with this metal rope you can also use it as a somewhat lighter version of battle rope exercises as well as doing numerous other exercise movements. You can also rotate the handle and use it as a rope less jump rope exercise if you are limited in your ability to actually jump rope.I am pleased with my purchase and if you are seeking a weighted jump rope you may want to check out this product on Amazon.Rating: 4 Stars. Bad description misleading
Rope is not 1/2 pound , the Handles are 1/2 weighed together . Bad description, their a different between weighted handles and the weight of actual rope .
