Nice portable ECG Monitor. This device works exactly as described without a subscription. I have been using this device almost 3 months now and have found it reliable and accurate. To be totally honest, it began having erratic readings about 2 weeks ago and became frustrated with it until I contacted customer support. I got an immediate response and we began corresponding through email. A gentleman named Nicholas got to work diligently on troubleshooting the issue and sent me a firmware update. A few emails later, the problem was solved. EMAY customer service has proven to be dedicated to solving issues and correcting them with politeness and efficiency. I'm truly thankful for such awesome customer support. I would not hesitate to buy other EMAY devices. I would highly recommend this product for people with heart issues that need to monitor their condition with reliability and for piece of mind. Easy to use app with the ability to share readings with their Doctor or Cardiologist.

What a wonderful small device that is even smaller than a smart phone in order to take a six lead ECG and monitor your heart health. After following instructions, and downloading the app it is very simple and easy to use. One of the best things I like about this device is that it does not require a subscription in order to use and get the full benefit benefits. Originally, I had my mind set on the Kardia Mobile 6 lead device but after doing further review and understanding that it would require a subscription after the first years use, it made me change my mind and I was fortunate able to find this Emay 6 lead ecg that does the same thing if not better and not being tied down having to buy a subscription. One important thing to understand about this product is that it is very sensitive. I tried using it well driving in a car as a passenger and with all the bumps and vibration and movement I was not able to take an accurate reading. It’s best to be at home or in a quiet place with the fewest distractions as possible and the product works perfectly. Well, worth the price to pay $165.00 for. Thank you Emay for making a wonderful home use ECG six lead monitor.

The EMAY 6L mobile ECG was very easy to set up; it was already fully charged when it arrived and was ready to go to work. It was surprisingly easy to use and found all the electrical signals it needed for the six channels to start recording after only a couple of seconds. It paired to my Android phone bluetooth with no problem, although if you have no immediate need to print a copy of the ECG graph or send it your doctor, you don't have use your phone at all, and there is no subscription required. It has a very readable screen on the front of the device, unlike some of the competitors for which you have to use your phone to view the graphics. In addition to the 6 channel monitoring, it gives information on your heart rate. It also will provide just a single channel reading by placing left and right hand thumbs on the front sensors, which gives just the basic ECG graphic without the additional details. To activate the 6 channels, just place the device on the LEFT knee or ankle so that the sensor on the back of the device makes direct contact with the skin. In addition to providing the ECG graphics, it does, in real time, provide an analysis of the results and will report if there are any abnormalities. Fortunately, so far, all my tests have reported "no abnormalities", but I thought I would test what happens if I do something to confuse it, and it immediately reported that there was an abnormality. The device seems well made and sturdy, is comfortable to hold and make contact with all the sensors, and is a good size to carry with you on a daily basis or when traveling. Unfortunately, it does not come with a carrying case, which would be handy if you wish to take it with you outside the home environment. (A separate case is available though for sale) Lastly, customer service was exceptional; shortly after I received the product, they contacted me via email to check that I had received it and to see that everything was working properly and asked if I had any questions about using it. I was impressed by that level of customer support! All in all, I highly recommend the device to do what it is designed for, and I recommend the seller for their excellent customer care.

I was impressed by how fast it captures data once your fingers are on the sensors. I did run into a minor issue at first: the readings were inconsistent when my hands were dirty from work. After washing and drying them, the sensors worked perfectly and have been accurate and consistent ever since. That turned out to be a simple user‑side fix rather than a device problem. Overall, this is a dependable, easy‑to‑use ECG monitor that gives you peace of mind and solid performance. Highly recommended for anyone who wants a portable, trustworthy option for quick ECG checks.

I have owned and used this device for the last few weeks, and, thus far, it has performed very well. It is a solidly built unit, and I like the no-nonsense operation, and the fact that electrocardiogram traces are available for review without any other device (in addition to being accessible via cellphone and PC apps), and without any subscription to external services. Analyzing the device’s functions a bit, this device appears to measure electrical potentials on (only) 2 channels and derives waveforms for the remaining 4 channels. This is technically appropriate and sufficient for the stated purpose, but the advertising is perhaps a bit superficial/enthusiastic. I presume that the same is also true for similar devices from other manufacturers. The free apps for phone or PC offer basic capabilities to catalogue and review the results, and to export them to PDF formats. These are clearly the most relevant functions for routine use, and assist in seeking care by a trained cardiologist if arrhythmias are detected. I think that it would be good to also allow access to the data in other formats (such as CSV), to easily allow analysis with other systems but this is not available in the current versions of the applications.

I couldn’t be happier with the size, the ease of use and the detailed instructions that come with it. I use it 2 to 4 times a day. I bought a case to carry it but I feel this was unnecessary. The quality of the screen is perfect to watch your ECG, then Bluetooth to my phone. Was able to record PACs and show my cardiologist visit this week. Which was very helpful since the office visit ECG was normal. I am now wearing a monitor for 2 weeks to see exactly what is going on. I couldn’t be happier with it, and the fact you don’t need a subscription, sold me on it.

It works great to monitor my heart when I am having an issue. I can use it for keeping my cardiologist informed. It is easy to use.

This is a "medical" item that I find to be really high quality and it works. It generates EKG readings and you can save the reports. It gives six different views and tells if it there are any abnormalities. Touch with both thumbs and knee on the bottom. This was money well spent and the cardiologist will appreciate this. For me, the "knee" reading wasn't happening but as soon as I wiped my knee with an alcohol wipe (creates moisture) then I got the reading. Yes, I recommend this product.

This is a great little machine highly portable and easy to use and operate. Provides instant critical information on heart beat and rhythm and can be easily connected to an i phone or tablet to retain and record all your readings taken with all supporting detail. It certainly does provide confidence having it close by and available at any time. Also beneficial when attending related doctors or hospital appointments to have such data readily available to support such consultations.

I have a history of mitral valve prolapse syndrome (Barlow’s Syndrome). I felt that in 1980 and visited the cardiologist who let me see it in the ECG he performed for me. That appeared in the form of a Premature Ventricular Complex (PVC). Later, I followed up my case, everytime to undergo an ECG and get a report. Ten years ago, the cardiologist discovered Aortic Valve insufficiency with increased blood regurgitation of both the mitral and the aortic valves, a mild left ventricle hypertrophy and an increased number of PVCs. Recently, I felt that my case needed more frequent visits to the cardiologist for follow-up or, if there is someway, to try to observe oneslf at home. The Emay monitor seems to be an excellent device to use everday to see if there are any developments. This helps to decide on when to visit the cardiologist. My son who is a frequent customer of Amazon, decided to bring it as a gift to me. I am observing my ECG using this monitor on daily basis and I feel it is giving me peace of mind. Of course, according to the EMAY development team recommendations, if I feel any dangerous developments, I will immediately visit my cardiologist. For someone elderly or not so computer literate, this is an excellent product. The instructions are easy to follow. It can be downloaded to either phone or computer. I was able to send the reports to my GP by email, but they can also be sent via WhatsApp, downloaded as PDF files on computer or printed out as hard copies. There are 2 concise manuals for phone app or computer, but the monitor also stores the readings which can be checked on the screen. If you have a possible heart problem, there is no extra stress about how to operate this. The monitor itself is light and pocket-sized, easy to carry if needed. Clear battery life indicator, display is clear to read. I am very satisfied with this product.

Having had arrhythmias and tachycardia my GP referred me for a 24 hour ECG - typically my heart didn't miss a beat for the whole time I was hooked up! So I did some research to find a device that I could use as and when I detected abnormal heart activity. I initially ordered the Emay EMG, but found it difficult to get good contacts with the electrodes due to arthritis in my hands, so I went ahead and arranged return, and ordered the EMAY 6L which is in a different league altogether - so much easier to hold and get a reading. The 6 lead model provides a detailed and informative ECG reading while still being extremely easy to use. The device is compact and portable, comes with clear instructions, and taking a reading only takes a minute. The readings appear quickly and the level of detail is significantly greater than the single-channel version. The accompanying app works well and allows the ECG traces to be stored, reviewed and shared, and I expect my doctor will appreciate the detailed output - it's so easy to share my readings with the surgery via email. I'm very grateful to have this information as it will help to inform a treatment plan and hopefully improve the issues I've been having.
