Wait for a few minutes depending on what you cook. Then, yummy food is waiting for me. well, I have to admit someone needs to study a little bit before using this pot, at least read the user's manual. It's not completely waterless, because I had burnt it once w/o adding water. But It's easy to clean the burnt after boiling it in water for sometime. Some people complained unable to open the cover. Actually if you turn on the fire and reheat it, the cover will be easily taken off. Hope my review helps!
