I’m 275lbs 5’9” with a gym dad bod I workout on 4 times a week. Went with a 42x32. Fit from waist up is great, pant legs are a bit loose but in a good way. Soft material but it will hold up. Pockets are a big cut opening so easy to find in a jiffy, for the price vs carhartt these are a no brainer. Great value for what you pay for. Should shrink in a good way too, haven’t washed them yet.
