Works Great
I have planters fasciitis and use this tape to wrap my arch and ankle. Using the tape makes a big difference in my pain level. It provides alot of relief. I was using Rock Tape which at $20 a roll is pretty good stuff but this is better. First of all I got 4 rolls for about $18, so way less cost than Rock Tape. Next it sticks to itself, Rock Tape doesn't. This is important if you are using it on places like feet and ankles or wrists where the tapes is wrapped around the pain area and often wraps back around on itself. Where Rock Tape would fall off, this one sticks to itself well and stays in place for days even with showering Lastly this tape comes in premeasured sections that pull apart for application. It's so much easier than the measuring and cutting you have to do with Rock Tape.

Runner's Bunions-taped and sorted!
I know it's up for debate whether running CAUSES bunions or if you're just genetically predispositioned. Either way, it's ridiculously painful when your bone is literally jutting out your skin to the point your feet bleed. Along with a brace at night, I got the bright idea from a fellow runner to try Kinesiology tape. And low and behold, I'm back to 5 miles without any pain throughout my run. I'm even using the tape for daily wearing of shoes, which is saving my feet in heels, and saving my shoes from that bulge at the bone that wears the leathers thin. I used the pamphlet included and figured out how to tape my foot (feet aren't included in the instructions) based on the other methods. The cross method is working beautifully. Between the tape and the brace, I truly believe surgery is no longer necessary. Photo attached (don't judge, my feet have been through enough!) after 2 days/10 miles run, to show you how well it stays through runs and showers. I remove every 2 days and any sticky left I use cotton pad and rubbing alcohol to remove.

Best Kinesiology Tape Ever
I been using KT tape a while already for while already, until I see UDaily Kinesiology Tape on amazon, on the beginning Im not sure if I wanna but the product due to the price is very cheap, its about 3 times cheaper than my KT Tape. Then I decided what the heck right, When I receive the product and start using it, I'm very much impress special how strong that tape is, It last 10x longer than leading brand tape. Definitely telling everyone to start using this product BETTER TAPE AND BETTER PRICE, you will not be disappointed "10 Star Rating"

Trying for hEDS
Update: I have tried this tape on several areas now, and have had mixed results. I have had the best results on my thumbs/hands/forearms; the tape only lasts about 2 to 3 days, but no skin irritation. It stuck longer on my shoulders and knees, but after 3.5 days, it started itching. I also used it on my neck/upper back. It lasted 5 days and showed no signs of coming off, but I decided to take it off to give my skin a break. Unfortunately, the skin is now very irritated and stinging. I'm not downgrading the stars, however, because the fault may lie with my skin. If you have hEDS, you understand what I mean; take note that some areas may be ok with this tape while other areas may react badly. I won't be using it on my neck or back again, but will definitely continue to use it on my hands and fingers. This is my first experience with any type of kt, but it seems to be pretty good. I am trying it to help my hypermobile joints (hEDS). I have only been using it on a few joints for a few days to get a feel for how to use it and what works for me, but it at least helps with proprioception; I'm more aware of how I'm moving so hopefully I won't move wrong as often. I tend to be sensitive to adhesives; again, haven't used it long, but at least I haven't had irritation yet. I changed the tape on my thumbs/wrist after only 2 days because the edges were quite frayed and lifting, but I may not have cleaned my skin enough, could be used error. The tape on my knees and shoulders is sticking much better. I'm sure it won't take away most of my constant pain, but if it helps avoid more injuries, it will be worth it!

Works but have a tip as well
I like this stuff I really do as I can truly tell a difference with it. I have been in physical therapy 4 in half months for my knees. As I tore my meniscus and still having issues especially with weather. I Also been dealing with my IT band with tendinitis in it. So I was shown how to use these. One thing though, I had it on to long as it was said that we can have these on fire 3 days or more and my physical therapist said 3 days.. I did that then put more on the next day as I wanted to get through this really bad week of weather as I was struggling. Well we all react differently but we had so much humidity and wearing this my skin could not handle it I guess. In some area's I could feel my skin burning underneath the tape. When I was able to take it off it took some of my skin with it. And in one area I could not e en get it off without injuring myself as I was in pain and I can take alot of pain.. so what I did was take vaseline stick it underneath the tape as I pulled slowly, I kept doing that at the same time over and over till the tape came off. It came off easy and painless. I had the tape on for 3 days straight as my therapist said I could, but I think I can't have it on that long. Others may be able too as we all react differently. But I wanted to share this tip if anyone else is wondering how to get it off without getting raw skin as I still did and blisters..

Great product at a fair price
I am extremely satisfied with the overall quality of this kinesiology tape. I am using it for pain relief and support for a torn Achilles and the results thus far have been wonderful. I had almost instant pain relief. The adhesive seems to hold up pretty well and hasnโt caused me any rash issues.

Inconsistent quality
Iโve been ordering the tape on the right for several months. Love it. It sticks well. The most recent re-order arrived and itโs the tape on the left. It does not stick well - it curls up at the edges. The grid lines are also printed faintly, which makes it more difficult to measure. Iโm not sure what is going on with the change in quality. I may not re-order again.

Pre-Cut Body Tape - helps heal injuries
This isn't the first athletic body tape I've used, but it has the great advantage of being cut in proper length strips, which eliminates waste, and also allows me to put it on by myself. Athletic tape has worked very well for me, and when I get a pain, within hours of applying the tape, my pain is relieved. It almost feels like you have a second skeleton of support. I've used the tape when I have back pains, ankle issues and shoulder pain and it has successfully helped me heal faster. The color also doesn't stand out as much as the other brightly colored tape.
