Most importantly, they keep her clean, dry, and protected through the night, which has greatly reduced the risk of UTIs, something we struggled with before switching to these.The overnight absorbency is excellent. Even after hours of wear, there’s no leaking, no odor, and she still feels fresh in the morning. The blush color is also a nice touch, it feels a bit more dignified than plain white.We’ve tried other brands, but these stand out for their combination of comfort, absorbency, and skin health. Gave 5 Stars BUT they need modifying as the leg holes & Waist are small. The pantie holds liquid quite well. If I get the medium size then they leak & are too big! I have tried other brands such as Small-Medium but they are too big. They also do not hold liquid like the Depends brand.

I usually get the Always brand in the same size (L) but tried these out this time. They're more comfortable than the Always brand bc they aren't tight around my thighs and hips. Because I'm not constantly pulling or adjusting, they're more durable, in my opinion.I'm using them along with my June cup for added protection and they seem pretty absorbent when necessary. I thought the light color would be weird, but all is well so far. I'll definitely keep these in my monthly arsenal!(For reference, I usually wear a size 14-16 in pants)

I have tried several brands and these are the first ones that worked for my specific issue. I am 52 and I’ve had three kids so I have trouble holding my bladder for more than just a few minutes. Never have had any leakage problems just can’t hold it very long. Well, I just had major surgery and am on a walker so now I can’t make it to the bathroom in time. I needed an incontinent product that could handle more than just leakage. I needed one that could handle my entire bladder emptying. This one actually does! With no leaks whatsoever and kept me just as dry as if I had gone like normal in the toilet. I was afraid they would be too bulky for every day wear since they are designed for night time but they aren’t. They are not any more bulky than any of the other brands that I’ve tried. And in fact, they fit better. They are not loose in the crotch like the other brands I’ve tried. I know this may be TMI for some, but there’s probably others out there having the same issue so I thought my transparency might help someone else who is struggling.
