A: I would imagine so, Wasa is whole grain and most grains have those two minerals among others in them.

A: Yes. Whole grain wheat flour.

**Q: Was this made with water, oil, or the like?**
A: Ingredients are wholesome:  whole grain rye, rye flower, yeast, and salt (50 mg).  Sugar Og, carbohydrate 7g, cholesterol Og, no fats, and fiber soluble 1g, insoluble 1g.  ( information from  wasa sourdough bag.  Cracker 5”/2”.  Only 30 calories per cracker.
