My fur baby suffers from Glaucoma and has had one eye removed. We bought these to keep her remaining eye healthy and so far so good. We've had her on these vitamins for a few months now and her eye health has remained good. Her recommended dose it two per day, so we give her one with breakfast and another with dinner. I like to put half of them in a bag when I open the container because opening the container every day tends to dry them out faster. My girl loves these and is the first thing off her plate each feeding. For the owner, they are smelly so beware of that :) These are also very soft and chewable so if your dog has bad teeth or a an older dog these would be great for them. I wish they were a little more affordable, but maybe I am just poor haha.

It works as described. It has been just a week since I began giving this to my 2 dogs and I can already see the color of their eyes again instead of the white clouds of the cataracts. I too started taking lutein and zeaxanthin supplements to decrease the cataracts that have started in my eyes. My dogs have been able to see objects more clearly and have less anxiety going down stairs. They like the flavor of the chews. I started out by giving them only 1/2 of the chewable supplement once a day in the evening after they ate their evening meal and on the 3rd day I gave them a whole one. To see any results so quickly I know I chose a great supplement and I recommend this product.

Not exactly chewable, more like a tablet. I ended up buying a tablet crusher and sprinkling on my dogs food. However, that seems to work. As for effectiveness, I think it has helped some. He no longer runs into walls where its dim lighting but not expecting miracles as this is a supplement, not lasik surgery. All in all, a great product so far minus the initial disappointment of it not being like a gooey chewable treat. And the flavor must be palateable as he eats it. Will try again unless improvement stops.

My dog's left eye was developing cataracts, and it cleared in about a week. I have tried other supplements and eye drops, which didn't help. This product is the best!

I want to like these (got the tablet version) because they helped my dog see, but he was allergic to them. It gave him itchy skin, and his eyelids swelled up. Their other vitamins, the multivitamin and SAMe LQ vitamin, work really well so far. I love the little logo so much.

Seems to be fine, trying anything to help my pup.

My 15 year old lab had very cloudy eyes. Even my vet noticed that her eyes improved on these vitamins.

Taste: My small dogs do not like the taste of this. It must be crushed with their food to be taken which is completely fine since I don’t mind the extra steps. Active Ingredient lacking: However the main issue is, the dosage of the active ingredient is too WAY TOO LOW for anything to change. I know this because I compared it with the other brands I use that help maintain my senior dog’s eyes. My senior dog’s eyes became cloudy again and I had to switch back fast to the more expensive brands I get. Once switching back to my original brands his eyes cleared up again from the cloudiness. Recommendation: I would recommend Zesty Paws Senior Advanced Vision Bites or Ocu-glow if you are looking for a good quality eye supplement. I know Zesty Paws and Ocu-glow is more expensive but they actually WORK. And I see results within a week! Don’t let your dog’s eyes get to the point where supplements cannot reverse or help much. Start as soon as you see cloudiness! Goodluck!

Read so much good review in Amazon before I purchase it. My 14 year old dog was suffering from eye ulcer and glaucoma. Vet treated her 3x and the condition did not improved. We were referred to see the eye specialist instead. I ordered this to supplement her condition as she is a old dog. Whether it works or not, I just want to prolong her eyesight and hope this will help.
