Great flavor! Great seasoning that doesn't bring any extra salt. Sprinkled it on my ramen and after eating that I just had to cover it again! Not too spicy, which for me works as I often buy spicy versions of ramen already. Nice umami notes.

This item is pretty spicy me realizing that upon ordering I probably wouldn't have ordered it. But I tend to use small amounts of this product on alot of recipes. I love the flavor just not the spicy
