Q: How does the water come out? We own the product and are debating how the water gets ti the spout. Does it go all the way up around the handle?

The handle has nothing to do whatsoever with the flow of water. The positioning of the spout itself on the lower front of the watering can is really efficient. We love our watering can.

Q: Where is this item made?

I don't recall where it's made, but after several years it's as good as new. No rust, no dulling of the surfaces, and it works perfectly. It holds enough water for us to take care of all our indoor plants, and is perfect for watering the seedlings that are germinating on the back porch that are almost ready for planting.

Q: Is the 10” height to the top of the handle or the top of the can?

The top of the handle is 10" high; the container itself is 6". We've found this to be the best watering can we've ever owned. Big enough to take care of our houseplants and those on the deck quite easily depending on the current weather conditions. Well-balanced, too. Stable as could be.

Q: Has anyone’s started to rust?

Even after 2 years of constant use, our stainless watering can is rust free and looks as good as the day it arrived. Its design and functionality, especially the long pouring spout which is perfectly shaped for our use with house plants, is probably the best thing about it for our needs.
