They do reveal a lot in front, they are not transparent, but the pouch doesn't press everything down like many other compression leggings which makes them more comfortable but also hides nothing. Since I'm in yoga with virtually all women I just throw a pair of shorts over them for modesty's sake to mask my shape down there. The shorts cover the shape of the pouch but still don't affect the bulge, so it looks good without being considered obscene or offensive to those with more delicate feelings about such things. None of the women complain, in fact I find more starting conversations with me and quicker to smile during the conversations. As far as the sizing goes, I found the XL with a B pouch to be a little big in the legs, so the next one I ordered a large with a B pouch. When I went from the XL to the L I found the overall size better, but the B pouch was a little snug and decided to order another and I went with the Large C pouch. Personally, I think these would be good as a base layer under your clothes if it is slightly chilly, you can go with the Arctic style for a little more warmth when colder. They would also be good for jogging or just wearing around the house, they are comfortable enough that I think you could sleep in them. And of course they are great for yoga. They are very comfortable and I have found with each style you must adjust the pouch size when going from a brief, to boxer brief and then a such as a pant so that when you sit your twins do not slip back down between the legs. The leg opening is small or I have a bigger foot then they expected on a size small. They are supportive more than a normal thermal pant and do not smash your business. I prefer these over the other style thermals I wear but as I said these are more of a compression pant. I may buy a set of the arctic shield ones and write an update. I would say get a pair, but no way would I wear these in public (modest) without a sweat or other type pant covering them up. Watch pricing! *by J***S on January 1, 2026* After seeing ad after ad from Real Men, and needing a base layer for work, I finally decided to order a pair of these tights. Ive never purchased or owned tights before, but knew that I wanted a pouch for support and comfort. After reading seemingly every review, I opted for a XL with a B pouch. I figured even if the pouch was too small, it would stretch in a way that would accomodate me. Fit: XL is perfect, I wear a 38 in about everything, and the waist is spot-on, the legs are compression, as I have big legs. The pouch only works for me if im not moving alot. The B is small enough that I get pushed out during workouts, but hey, partially my fault. They stretch very nicely, slide and dont bind under work pants, and seem to keep me dry and comfortable all day. The pockets are frickin awesome for my phone at the gym too! Now, the reason I pulled a star. 2 days after paying full 28.99 retail for these, I was looking at more, but with a bigger pouch. Turns out the C pouch in XL was 2 for 24.99 (which I consequently ordered) I am very satisfied with the product, especially the bigger pouch, but the pricing discrepency has me a little upset, and a bit confused. Pay attention to sizing, and sales.
