Updated to 5 stars I got comfortable with the size. Update... I got the m330 and it's so small I can't use it. Keeping this large 550l to see if I can get used to it because the alternatives are just not there. If I keep it I'll raise to 5 stars. This is a great mouse - and I tried the sm/med and the large. The large was too big for my hands - I am an average 5"9 male and the size made my hand cramp after a relatively short time. Someone with bigger hands it would be perfect. I ordered the smaller version because aside from the size it was quiet, smooth and worked great. The small arrived today and it was "too small" and my palm rested on my mousepad and got irritated. It's a shame these are lower profile on the palm area or they would be perfect. I had the M220 which was great until the button stopped working. My solution now is to order the m330 which I'm told is almost the same and has a higher profile on the palm. I've had nothing but Logitech for many many years - and if the lower profile works for your hand and you're my size (average male hand) I'd get the large - the small is too small. If you have smaller hands then the small would be perfect for you. It's amazing how fast they connect to bluetooth automatically.

A nice product and great delivery service. It arrived 2 days early in perfect condition. Works very well and I like the feel of it. It's well designed, comfortable and easy to use. No setup needed. It came with long life Duracell battery already installed. I just plugged in the USB on my HP desktop, pulled out the tab from the battery and it was ready to go. It scrolls smoothly and it's very quiet. No annoying constant clicking noise. I always look for and buy Logitech and have never been disappointed with their products. The price was right and the product is good.

I got for my wife when her current Lenovo mouse broke. She is very happy with it. I have had this model for years and I am very happy with its comfort and that it can be a Bluetooth OR logi usb dongle mouse with the flick of a switch. It is very comfortable and dependable and not priced too high.

Signature M550 wireless mouse: I like this mouse because it has all the right feels (very comfortable) and because it doesn't have the things I don't want and because it does have the things I do want. I don't want side buttons. I always end up turning them off anyway on my other mice which all have side buttons. To turn them off you need the special software for that particular mouse. And that's another thing I didn't want. Special software. I want a mouse that works perfectly on the regular mouse driver that has been packaged with Windows forever. The mice I'm throwing away right now needed special software and I think that is part of what's wrong with them, because they worked ok in Windows 10 but not Windows 11. Then for the things I did want, besides good ergonomics: The Logi Bolt type wireless is the type of wireless that whatever you call it, it seems bulletproof for being reliable, and it can work from a long ways away if you want that. The AA type of battery, good, because then I can use a rechargeable Eneloop (NiMH) which I am. Trying to not have so many Lithium batteries in the house, because they can be a little hazardous when they get old. It took me a while to find the instructions, and when I did find them, I was a little disappointed that they aren't very clear about some things. The instructions on the box aren't very good, and there aren't any instructions inside the box. The best instructions I could find are on the Logitech webpage for the Signature M550, under the heading "Software and Support" and then "Get Started". And there they are, sort of, and with a link to a video by them that shows some things.

I wanted to rate it a 4.5/5(Only taking off half a star for the sizing issue) I originally wanted a smaller-sized Logitech mouse, but unfortunately, they didn’t have this blue color in a smaller size when I made my purchase. I loved the color, so I decided to try the M550 L, but it ended up being too big for my hand. What I Loved: ✔️ Perfect color – The blue looks just as good in person as it does online. ✔️ Works great – The performance was smooth, and the silent clicks were a nice touch. ✔️ Easy setup – It synced quickly without any issues, which I appreciated. ✔️ Long battery life – A 2-year battery is a huge plus. Why I Returned It: ❌ Too big for my hand – This is definitely designed for large hands, so if you have smaller hands, it might not be the best fit. ❌ No smaller size in blue – I would have kept it if they had this exact color in a smaller size, but they didn’t offer that option. Final Thoughts: If you have larger hands, this is a great wireless mouse—smooth, reliable, and easy to set up. I just wish they had the same color in a smaller size!

The large size is great as it fits better and feels more organic in my size hand. The length of it allows my index finger to extend naturally, so the shape and design are spot-on. When you depress the mouse to click, it is silent. No audible feedback, which is great. The wheel is equally as silent and fluid. Actually has some good weight to it as well, so it feels well-built and solid. Appreciate the color options as the blue looks great.

It's a small mouse even though I bought the "large." BUT... the similarly priced ambidextrous M510 has side buttons. The similarly priced right-handed M705 has side buttons (and shorter). The more expensive deluxe right-handed MX720 has side buttons (works with 3 PCs). It's like the OLD (only Logitech software) M525 with no buttons. I can only hope the lack of buttons will give me better battery life. I'd have been happier with any of those others but I'm too lazy to return this and it's a 5-star mouse. The M705 (like the MX720) has a more comfortable, right-slanted ergonomic body with a thumb rest and a scroll wheel that you can unlock for free-scrolling, a better build, and a 3X longer warranty. I was simply happy to get ANY Logitech with its better connectivity (vs my MK960). I should have bought the MX720, the overall Amazon favorite. I am quite happy with this mouse (despite being cheaper today). But I would not recommend it. You should pick one of the other three based on whether you want ambidextrous, right-handed, or to use with multiple PCs. All great 1000 dpi work mice (12000 dpi Logitech G305 for gaming). The included USB connector is the new Bolt version. With its new software, you can change scroll speed as well as modify what the middle button (under the scroller) does. I picked "previous." Duh. The one feature this mouse has is Logitech's new "smart" wheel - where fast scrolls automatically turns it smooth (from normal tactile). And yes, it is very quiet. Get the S/M size if you prefer a claw or fingertip grip due to being smaller/lighter. EDIT: After five Bluetooth keyboards in 15 years (each demanding frequent charging) the Logitech Signature Slim K980 is a game-changer. Powered by solar and artificial light, it can hold a charge in darkness for four months. Whisper-quiet, far superior to membrane boards, and its flat profile is perfect for lap use (though a stand is needed for desk use). No backlight saves power just like my forever mouse, the Logi M550 L, skips side keys for efficiency (battery only down to 90% after 15 months of daily use). Naturally doesn't have premium feel or noise of Cherry Reds. Thus, I still have a couple of "forever" ownership non-BT office keyboards. This is for my living room, 100-inch "display," and mini-PC.

I don't think words can describe how happy I am with this mouse. For as simple as it is, Logitech knocked it outta the park with it! I specifically bought it for my Galaxy Tablet because I was over tapping the screen and getting finger prints on it. It paired as easy as ever and works great with the tablet. I would assume this would be compatible with just about any tablet that has pointer capabilities. The clicks are silent all around, both left and right and middle. It fits in my hand perfectly and is very comfortable, which I have yet to find a Logitech mouse that hasn't fit and wasn't comfortable. The pointer is also very responsive and slides like a dream. GET THIS MOUSE IF YOU NEED ONE! I'm thinking about getting one or two more for other devices that I just need a simple mouse for.

I picked this up for doing 3D design work in SolidWorks, and the precise tracking makes navigating complex assemblies much easier. Excellent product! I carry it everywhere with my laptop! Includes its own BT dongle (if ever required) and can store it inside the device compartment.. auto off with innactivity saves lots of battery.. and software showing battery percentage so you are never caught off gaurd..
