I bought this because I've had good experiences with this brand. I was looking for a good sharp steak knife and ran across this. No one else had mentioned using it as a steak knife but I had a feeling this might be a good bet. I got lucky and I was right! Used it for the first time tonight and it was GREAT. Super sharp, cut through the steak like butter and just made for a superior experience. Will buy another one soon.

Well made quality item...looks great. But as with all stainless knives little hard to get a razor edge. Bigger than I thought to.

it was longer than I expected since i wanted it to debone poultry. It did not have the bend I expected, but I used it anyway. Wish I had returned it for a different one. but due to the fact that I was unable to return within the 30 days I still have it but raely use it. The ad idicated it had the bend you need to get around boning, dissapointing. +-
