Eightwood 10pcs BNC Female Crimp RF Connector 50 ohm for RG58 RG142 LMR195 Cable

I was wanting to install both the female and the male fittings on RG400 coax.... Vendors seldom mention RG400. And going on the assumption that if it works for RG58 then it will work for RG400 is bad logic I'm told... HOWEVER... I installed both the male and the female units on RG400 and it worked great.... the collar fittings are a little tight over the back of the fitting but that's the way you want it to be... DO NOT crimp the little center pin... male or female version.... there's a little hole that will wick the solder into the hollow of the pin... this soldering is easy peasy... just get some really small diameter solder... soldering tip (really important) ..squeeze or bend the center pin a little bit so the center wire so it doesn't move around while you touch it with the soldering iron.. it doesn't take much solder... These are quality fittings and they work well on RG400

Does not fit quality LMR 195 cable but they did work well for smaller coax cable

I had to buy these because the center wire inside the RG-58 cable I got from the Brushbeater store was too large to fit into the center pins in the BNC ends that came with my crimped and stripper tool set. These work great.

Good set of connectors. Easy to use.

These work as they're supposed to. You'll need a crimping tool to install properly, one that can crimp both the metal collar and the centre pin. Without one they are difficult to install properly.

The item was OK. Unfortunately, the seller uses Purolator for delivery. Purolator almost never delivers to an apartment (technically they can, but their drivers look for any excuse to drop off at a convenience store.)
