However, after an email from me to desertcart, this problem was swiftly dealt with and the necklace arrived the following day, so well done for that. Although the heart pendant itself is lovely, the chain was shorter than advertised - it was only 17 and half inches long, not 18, which made quite a difference to where it sat around my neck and after bringing this to desertcart's attention, a solution was arrived at - but it would have been nice if it hadn't happened in the first place - after all, you are paying for silver that isn't there. I have asked desertcart to check the their stock they have for this chain length - hope that they do so no one else has the same problem as me. That said, the necklace is lovely, looks very attractive on, heart pendant is not too large or too small and a great shape.
