has to be plugged in to work
i was SO looking forward to this. i plugged it in, tried all the settings, and was happy as could be. i almost couldnt wait to go to bed to try this out. after being on a "charger" all day, it diidnt work.i plug it in today, only to find it doesnt work without a hard wire. it would have been nice to know that.it also took a LONG time to get here, and was just CRAMMED in my mailbox by usps.when its plugged in, its very cool. ive only seen the northern lights in person one time, and this can match it.not knowing it couldnt be charged was a HUGE factor in why i rated it 2 stars. the box was damaged as well.
