I mainly make my own sodium/electrolyte mix and put into small baggies. But that can look...suspicious, so these are what I bring with me when I travel. They taste good and they are a very useful tool to manage my (thankfully usually mild) POTS symptoms.

Solid taste and it dissolves well, easy to mix. I’m making my way through the different brands of electrolyte drinks to find my favorite. The bag is a decent size so you need to pick a flavor you’ll enjoy for a minute - but overall, it was good.

I really like this Electrolyte powder. It is the best for me so far. Great taste and I don’t have any problem with it flaring up my arthritis. I cannot do LMNT because it flares up my arthritis in my right hand. This one does not do that. This is my favorite one.

I’ve tried lots of different brands and this is by far my favorite. It is a little “salty” tasting. But I like salt so it doesn’t bother me.

Its a lot of salt, but that's why I bought it. It tastes good but LMNT has a better and stronger flavor profile than this does. So if you think that LMNT has a taste that is too much then this one would be much better for you. It's almost a gram of salt per packet so be very careful to not drink too many of them in one sitting cause they will dehydrate you if you aren't careful.

My sodium levels were extremely low.. This drink is good because I can't take sodium pills

Amazing!! I was skeptics at first ad I have tried so many. I had finally settled on one very poplar brand, which is very similar, but I honestly prefer this one. No citric acid and cheaper!

Honestly really great flavour and felt great on them. Just a bit pricey.

Prefer my previous brand. Not good for my use.
