This is not my first scooter. My first is a Gotrax GXT V2, which is a decent scooter, but not for large adults like me. It could not handle the slightest incline with me on it. This scooter on the other hand, with it’s higher watt motor and 48v battery pack can take me up the hills and go about 7mph faster on the flats.The screen is bright and displays well in broad sunlight. Comes with tail light so other vehicles know when you are braking. One of the key hidden features is that the split frame design allows you to lock it up with a bike lock! This can also go double the distance my last scooter can for a fraction more in price. I also love that it can fold up into my minuscule trunk. Perfect for when I can’t find a vehicle charge port, I can park my car far away and ride the scooter to my final destination.Though it has so much going for it, and it does all that I need in a scooter, it does have some imperfections that could be addressed in the next version. The solid tires are very harsh ride. I purchased pneumatic tires to soften the ride. There is a cable that comes out of the base and goes up the stock. It sticks out quite a bit, and can be prone to catching on brush or debris. And finally, not sure why they went with a drum brake, but that is perhaps the worst feature. Not so much so that the value of the scooter is not worth the price. The rest of the scooter is top quality build and very sturdy. I’m very happy with the purchase and despite it’s imperfections, grant it 5 stars for the best value scooter I can find in this price range.

I have a few things to say here so please be patient and read this whole review.This scooter has become my jam! I've lost 80 pounds with help from this scooter.I have named her Delilah. She is fast! She is fun! Her battery life dose not disappoint! I love it so much I drive 2 hours away just to go ride her on the college town's biking trails.This will go somewhere just read and you'll understand.I have a pelethra of health problems due to an auto immune disease. I have a hip deformity and will be getting duel hip replacements this coming year. I am very young for this kind of surgery. My condition is very rare and the only reason they will give me new hips for my young age. Since i'v become so heavy i had to figure a way to lose weight so my BMI will be low enough for the surgery.I was very scared to ride at 1st. Heavy girls don't like to fall cause we fall hard. ( at least i don't ) For me it's scary. Regardless i have to get my hip muscles and leg muscles strong for this surgery!Now I can't live without her!I get fresh air! I get to see, explore and experience so many things. It makes me want to live even more. I have not been able to take part in so many things life has to offer since I was younger, because i can't walk very far. I take her everywhere! No matter what I will constantly look for places and reasons to ride. Yes, I get sore but It boosts my serotonin in a way I never thought was possible! Also my clothes are falling off so much so I am spending tons of money buying smaller sizes. Now when I ride I wear suspenders.I walk for a while with the scooter then ride the scooter for a bit. I go back and forth giving my body a break bolth ways. She will work muscles you had no idea you had! But it's a little bit at a time so it doesn't come on too strong.Trying not to sound sappy here but, in a way, she's breathed a new life to me!My boyfriend bought this for me now we have 2 because he felt left out lmao! This also has brought our relationship to a new level! We have created new and amazing memories. We have always gotten along well but now we're enjoy being together even more. It makes our relationship exciting and new each time.I will say this! On our 1st scooter the breaks are very touchy. As a matter of fact I have wrecked a couple of times because of this and the 3rd time my wreck was major. So touchy they threw me forward and all 269 pounds landed on my right knee. They couldn't believe I didn't break my knee cap. That was exactly 70 days ago. Every bone in and around my knee is severely bruised and so much so that I have an indentation. I have a massive hematoma in my right thigh. But I've only noticed that with the 1st scooter.WARE GEAR! ! I AM TELLING YOU TO WEAR GEAR! IT doesn't look stupid! IT looks bad-@$$ if you buy cool tactical gear! Buy quality, do your research. It's not that expensive. I bought Black Hawke and it's very comfortable. They were built for Navy seals! buy for a Navy seal.If I would have had gear on, my injury would have been minor!!! So listen to them they have a good reason for asking you to wear gear.Also my boyfriend bought me another one and these breaks are so much more soft. Tonight is my birthday and, the 1st time I've written in 70 days. I wrapped my knee put on my gear and went for it This is one of the most incredible gifts I have ever had. I missed her so much, I rode, rode, and rode. We will be taking her across the mountain tomorrow to ride again.Buy this scooter it might just change your life the way it did mine.

Lasted about seven months before it broke down. Tried to get the company to cover the cost of repair but they wouldn’t, saying it was no longer under warranty. Rear fender also broke and they did offer $20 for that. Wouldn’t of purchased this product if I had any idea that it would last only a few months.

This thing is great!It is solidly built cruises up to 19 mph and handles bumps surprisingly well.Great for adults and student alike.

It has been a month since I've purchased this scooter, I was recommended by a friend to buy this and I loved it. Though now its practically unusable as the bolt that locks the hinge in place to prevent the scooter to fold has come off. If I can fix it, the seller/another person could tell me the bolt size or if the seller sends a replacement bolt I will change my rating to a five star. I absolutely loved using this scooter but if after a mouth of use the bolt that holds the bar up just falls out, that's just ridiculous.EDIT 03/21/22:As of today the company has sent me replacement bolt and it is fully functional again! Although they also sent me some stripped screws and an extra hinge for some reason. But their customer support although took a few days to respond did keep their promise so that's a plus towards them!

EDIT: The battery charger made it in.I want to start off saying this scooter is amazing, I commute to the train and in New York with this scooter. Its a great value for the money and it can take bumps really easily. It is slightly on the heavier side of electric scooters that are on the market but that's fine.But I have to say the whole getting it to my door was a problem. First is was Fedex sucking at their job taking 5 extra days to actually get my package. Then it was the box looking as if it was a used one and the scooter literally not having a battery charger in the box, now I just have a scooter with my battery charger at all! I've contacted them numerous times and it's always the same answer of "I've contacted the seller." That said I will leave this rate at a 2 until I get my charger and it will actually be a 5.

This scooter is the best. Easy to use and easy to bring with you. Goes 18 mph and the battery life is great. I bring my fishing pole and a chair that goes on my back and take it over to the beach. Would definitely buy another one for guest when they come and visit.
