Absolutely unusable. In the course of each evening it falls off 20 times. The clip is not of standard. My fitbit is fine with other straps but this one is appalling

Very happy with this purchase. The quality is very good and well worth what I paid. It fits like a glove.

The strap itself is well made and sturdy and looks lovely. However, it doesn’t appear to fit my Fitbit correctly as one of the catches pops out and the Fitbit falls off! I would have returned it but I’d thrown the packaging away. I’m sure I’ve just been unlucky but I’d recommend keeping the packaging and wear the strap for a while to make sure all is as it should be!

hi can you please help me i needed a extra large 9.5" or 24cm ? .But you sent me a smaller size 8.5" at 22cmregards peter
