I have been using them for a while and i’m eating salads,which is my choice, and i have lost a stone in weighgt

After using these patches for 8 days, I have a very red angry area that looks like my skin is burnt. First one was over the navel and my belly piercing went bad so put the next ones just under my navel and it’s got worse over days. I will not be using anymore!

These ok but can’t see the results make me want to go to toilet a lot during the night .

Smells funky, did not stick and in effect did nothing. Would not recommend. Waste of money.

I dunno. Not tried it yet. Don't expect miracles. But, hey..I am optimistic. I have tried one and no smell or irritation (as noted by others). I will report back at the end.

I don't know why people are being so harsh on these they don't smell amazing but definitely not as bad as people are saying and they definitely help with losing weight since using these ive gone down a size quicker than I was before using them but they should definitely be used along with a healthy diet

I’m only on day 2 of these patches so obviously won’t notice a difference this early, but OMG i don’t know how much longer i can continue with them! They smell horrible, as soon as i opened the packet i gagged, they literally smell like your sticking mould to your belly, it’s all you can smell, and the smell kept waking me up last night it’s horrendous! Obviously it’s worth it if they actually work but just on the smell they are a no from me!!!!!
