Definitely worth watching the video before attempting assembly but fairly straightforward (once the rubber mallet arrived). Shelves seem strong now that I have screwed the top of then to the garage wall.

I purchased in September 2016. Initially I had problems following an extremely poor assembly manual. I contacted the company [ Tufferman ] and was guided by a representative of the company who tried to talk me through a simple process. He also sent a pre-release video guide. The video-guide was not perfect but illustrated clearly what the bits were and how they related. I am very happy with the new shelving. So much so that I have ordered extra shelves to make better use of the space available and my garage will be much tidier and more accessible. My only recommendation is that the video, which can be improved to make assembly easier, should be available to guide all purchasers.

The components arrived in good condition and were relatively easy to put together. The result is a sturdy and neat looking set of shelves in the garage. Just what I needed!

This is a terrific product. Very easy to assemble even for someone hopeless at DIY like me. I used the Storalex You Tube video and everything was clear. I have also spoken to the company since I bought the item. They were very friendly and helpful. I enthusiastically recommend this product and wish this British company every success.

This shelving is very very flimsy am very disappointed.

Having only installed the twin shelves recently, it is early days yet, but, so far, so good. I had no trouble building the shelves on my own once I had seen the video instruction on the internet. There were no useful instructions with the package..
