I have used many brands for incontinence. These depend panties are perfect. I put on 2 at a time and when one is full, I tear the side seams out of the one closest to me and throw it away. It works perfectly. You don’t have to take off your pants. I use one for all night and it works great.

Got it today and it’s a great Product. Fit, comfort and absorbency everything I wanted.

Use: elder care. I'm reviewing three incontinence products, for comparison. Depend Night Defense has been excellent in terms of fit, absorption (quantity and quality), and preventing leakage, even overnight. I bought the medium (per the chart) and it fits great; plenty of stretch. The absorption easily handled two 'wee's and/or one wee and a poo (I'm being delicate here, play along please!) with NO leakage! There is no smell to the product, so it is discreet. I have not noticed any skin irritation. Five stars, no complaints. Always Discreet Boutique is excellent in terms of absorption and preventing leakage (daytime use). However, I would recommend sizing up, as the Medium is smaller than the Depend Medium, above. They easily handle either one 'wee' and/or 'poo' with no leakage. They do have a "feminine product" scent, though it is not overpowering. For a couple hours, you will catch whiffs of this distinctive scent. No skin irritation that I've noticed. Four stars (would be five stars, but for the fit). Tena Stylish "Super Plus Heavy" was a disappointment in comparison. I bought Large instead of Medium, as recommended by many reviewers. The width/waist was good, but they fit more like hipsters than briefs. The back coverage was insufficient, and they leaked through to the seat of the pants, even though I did not use it for bedtime/laying prone. Since I had to change them out about two hours after putting them on, I can't speak to skin irritation. They do not have any scent. Two stars.

I have gone from XXL to medium. I used day time and night time with an extra pad (Because) no plastic cover on back. I just wear night time now, can't afford both. If there is small leaks it's taken care of. At night I use the same one dribble or two and the pad that holds 4 cups. I need both at night..unfortunately.

I purchased the Depend Night Defense Overnight Underwear for my 96-year-old grandmother, and they’ve truly been a game changer for her comfort and health. My LO sleeps on her side. When changed regularly there are no leaks or very little when worn all night. A vast improvement from using the side-tab incontinence styles which always leaked and required complete bed and garment changes. Also cause less skin irritation and fit well.

Really NOT all that impressed. Not keeping will Donateing. Size Runs SMALL in the XL & XXL; Except-Great Big Huge leg openings. Short from front to back, like "hip hugger" panties. Not easy to 1st get on with Limited mobility. Pulls up & down ok after getting on the first time. Material ok on skin. Heaviest padding/ nite used - ok, if not totally incontinent. (If your sphincter completely lets go, they WILL leak.). 3 stars - for at least working on having 2 larger sizes, material that is kind to skin, gathers/ pull ups. Over priced! I wish someone would make better QUALITY adult incontinent stuff😖

It’s a terrible product which only lasts a day if that! The crotch is fine but the panty part shreds after just a few uses of going to the bathroom 🚽! It literally falls apart so don’t waste your money! Don’t buy! So disappointed ☹️! I’m glad it’s not the first Depend product that I have used otherwise I would never buy Depend products at all! Regular Depends are ok!

Great fit

What I like most is that there is no leaking. It offered me that security of a good night rest. Very comfortable and moves with my body. On this last order one of the packages came damaged, as if something was spilled on it. Now the product inside was good however, the sticky exterior was truly unpleasant. Normally if I were to buy a package like this in a store, there would have been a discount offered. This is not the Amazon usual standard.

Extremely dependable disposable underwear. Superior fit. Superior protection.
